we are

Bread and Salt is an artisan sourdough bakery and café in Ashrafieh, Beirut, established in 2015.

Our bread and viennoiserie are 100% naturally leavened, made without commercial yeast, using the same sourdough culture we started in 2013.

Everything we serve is made from scratch, from our sourdough breads and sandwiches to our house-made deli meats and sweets.
